The DFC Hi-Carbon Alloy Brake Rotor is a premium front disc built for extended corrosion resistance and quiet, stable braking. It is cast from high-carbon G3000/G11H18 iron for improved thermal capacity and reduced noise, then finished with a Geomet coating that protects the rotor hat and edges from rust. Each rotor is 100% mill-balanced and machined to a fine-turned 16 RMS surface, with disc thickness variation held to 0.010 mm maximum and lateral runout to 0.050 mm maximum for smooth, vibration-free stops.
