This DFC rear brake rotor is a hi-carbon alloy OE-replacement disc shared across a wide range of BMW models — 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 Series, the X3 through X7 SUVs, the i4/i5/iX electric models, and the Z4 — as well as the Toyota GR Supra. It is finished with a Geomet corrosion-resistant coating to extend service life, and combines premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings with an OE vane configuration for efficient heat dissipation, plus 100% precision mill-balancing and a fine-turned 16 RMS surface to promote pad break-in and reduce vibration at speed.
