This DFC rear brake rotor is a hi-carbon alloy OE-replacement disc shared across the Volkswagen GTI, Golf R, Jetta GLI, Arteon, Atlas, Atlas Cross Sport, CC, Passat, and R32, plus the Audi S3, RS3, A3, Q3, TTS, and TT RS. It is finished with a Geomet corrosion-resistant coating to extend service life, and combines premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings with an OE vane configuration for efficient heat dissipation, plus 100% precision mill-balancing and a fine-turned 16 RMS surface to promote pad break-in and reduce vibration at speed.
