DFC True Balanced Front and Rear Brake Drum - Ford Galaxie / Mercury Monterey 1957-1968

DFC's True Balanced drums are cast from a controlled metallurgy and then precision cut and electronically balanced on dedicated vertical turning centres, which is what keeps vibration and pedal pulsation out of a rebuilt drum brake. Every drum goes through a 100 percent inspection station. A black high temperature coating between 0.015 and 0.04 mm thick protects against corrosion and withstands up to 120 hours of salt spray. Drums are supplied new in the box and fit without modification. Each part number is a single drum, and two are needed per axle.
