The Dinan high-performance heat exchanger replaces the OE charge air cooler with a bar-and-plate core measuring 45mm thick versus the 26.75mm stock core, delivering 68% more heat-transfer surface area. Over 30 successive wide-open-throttle pulls it lowered charge air temperatures by an average of 8.7°C, with a peak reduction near 12°C, reducing the tendency to heat soak or enter limp mode. Construction is 100% TIG-welded aluminum, pressure tested, and it installs as a direct-fit replacement with no modifications.
