The Dinan Valved Axle-Back Exhaust for the G42 BMW M240i is built entirely from TIG-welded, brushed T304 stainless steel with a quad-tip layout. Where the factory system uses a single valve and drops one tip when closed, Dinan adds a second valve so flow stays symmetric in every position. Larger 76mm tubing replaces the stock 70mm to free up flow, and the twin 76mm valves are roughly 30% less restrictive than the OE valves. Closed valves route gas into the muffler and out the inner tips for quiet cruising, while open valves feed both outer pipes for a deeper, near straight-pipe tone. Drone abatement technologies keep the cabin civil, the system runs 4 pounds lighter than stock, and peak gains reach +6 HP and +5 lb-ft at 6600 RPM.
