Dinan Valved Axle-Back Exhaust - BMW M240i (G42) 2022-2026 - Polished Tips

This valved axle-back is TIG welded from brushed T304 stainless steel and runs 76mm tubing in place of the 70mm factory pipe. The stock valve actuator is reused and a second valve and actuator is added on the opposite side, so both outer pipes flow evenly when the valves are open and every bit of gas is forced through the muffler and out the two inner tips when they close. The twin 76mm valves are 30 percent less restrictive than the OE valves, the system is 4 pounds lighter than stock, and it is worth 6 HP and 5 lb-ft at 6600 rpm. Quad 4 in double walled, polished and laser engraved tips finish the system.
