do88 Aluminum Pressure Pipe Kit - Saab 9-5 1998-2001 - Black

This kit replaces the factory intercooler to throttle body pipework on the four cylinder turbo Saab 9-5 with a 2.5 inch mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe and a CNC machined sensor flange. On do88's SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench it moves 379 CFM at 0.125 bar (1.81 psi) pressure drop against 288 CFM for the OEM pipe, 32% more. The four custom silicone hoses use four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement for high boost and high charge temperatures, and this kit ships with black hoses. The gain shows up once the engine is tuned above stock power, since the OEM pipework was sized for factory output.
