do88 Aluminum Pressure Pipe Kit - Saab 900 / 9-3 1994-2000 - Black

This kit replaces the restrictive factory intercooler to throttle body pipework on the B204 Saab 900 and 9-3 with a 2.5 inch mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe carrying a CNC machined sensor flange. The silicone hoses are custom made with four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement to take high boost and high charge temperatures, and this kit ships with black hoses. do88 verified the airflow gain both in car and on their SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench. The gain shows up once the engine is tuned above stock power, since the OEM pipework was sized for factory output. Note that the pipe needs a small bracket, fabricated by the installer, between the pipe bracket and a screw hole in the cylinder head.
