do88 Aluminum Radiator - Saab 900 1979-1993

do88 builds this radiator entirely in aluminum with fully welded seams, in place of the OEM crimped plastic end tanks. The core is a dual core design 40mm thick, with 8mm high cooling cells of multi-louvered design, giving 7631 cm3 of core volume against 6096 cm3 for the OEM radiator, 25 percent more. An M22x1.5 port in the original thread is machined in for a thermo switch, and a blanking cap is supplied for it when the switch is not used.
