The BigPack replaces the complete charge air path between the turbo outlet and the throttle body on the redblock 700 and 900 series. Its all aluminium intercooler uses CAD designed, flow optimised cast end tanks and holds 11,906 cm³ against the OEM 5,377 cm³, a 221 percent increase. do88 measured 341 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop where the OEM parts flow 268 CFM, 27 percent higher, and recorded 32°C post intercooler air temperature against 66°C on the original setup. The pipe kit is mandrel bent 2.5 in and 2.75 in aluminium and the four silicone hoses carry four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement. The OEM intercooler rubber supports need slight trimming to clear the thicker core.
