do88 BigPack Black Y-Pipe Intercooler Kit - Porsche 911 Turbo / GT2 (997.1) 2007-2009

This do88 BigPack brings the MERA motorsport grade intercoolers together with the do88 high flow Y-pipe and the hoses and hardware to fit them. High density Garrett bar and plate cores sit behind 3D freeform cast end tanks, and custom carbon fiber ambient air guides seal against the body so the cooling air is forced through the core rather than around it. do88 recorded 771 CFM at 0.175 bar (2.54 psi) pressure drop against 564 CFM for the OE system and an 18°C lower inlet air temperature across five consecutive full throttle runs on a Stage 1 car. The Y-pipe is built from 2.75 inch (70 mm) mandrel bent aluminum joined by a cast collector with NC machined blow off valve and breather connections, finished in semi gloss black powder coat. Turbo outlet hoses use a high temperature specification material rated to 240°C (464°F) continuous.
