This do88 BigPack combines the MERA motorsport grade intercoolers with the do88 high flow Y-pipe and every hose needed to fit them. The cores are high density Garrett bar and plate units behind 3D freeform cast end tanks and custom carbon fiber ambient air guides that seal to the body so all cooling air passes through the core. do88 measured 771 CFM at 0.175 bar (2.54 psi) pressure drop against 564 CFM for the OE system, 37 percent higher, and inlet air temperature 18°C lower over five back to back full throttle runs on a Stage 1 car. The Y-pipe uses 2.75 inch (70 mm) mandrel bent aluminum around a cast collector with NC machined blow off valve and breather connections, finished in semi gloss black powder coat. Each intercooler weighs 8.45 kg against 3.30 kg for the OE unit, and all intercooler connections open up to 70 mm.
