This BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body with a do88 performance intercooler and a complete 2.5 in pressure pipe kit. The all aluminium intercooler holds 9,677 cm³ of core volume against 3,672 cm³ for the plastic tank OEM unit, 163% more, and uses cast, flow optimized end tanks that cope with higher boost than the factory plastic tanks. On do88's SuperFlow SF-1020 bench the BigPack flows 275 CFM at a 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop against 244 CFM stock, 13% higher, and post intercooler air measures 38°C against 69°C, a 31°C reduction. The mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe is joined by three custom silicone hoses with four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement, here in blue. do88 notes that a power increase over the OEM intercooler comes only once the engine software is tuned.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
