do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit - Saab 9-3 2.8T V6 2006-2011 - Blue Hoses

The do88 BigPack is a complete front-mount intercooler and pipe upgrade that replaces the restrictive OEM setup with an all-aluminum intercooler featuring CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks, plus mandrel-bent seamless aluminum pressure pipes. Four silicone hoses with four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement seal the system for high-temperature, high-pressure use. The larger core holds 13,770 cm³ of volume versus 7,725 cm³ stock, about 78 percent more, and flows 315 CFM versus 273 CFM, dropping post-intercooler charge temperatures from around 57°C to 36°C.
