do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit - Saab 9-3 2.8T V6 (B285) 2006-2011 - Black Hoses

This do88 BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body on the B285 2.8T V6 with an all aluminum performance intercooler and a two piece mandrel bent pipe kit. Core volume is 13770 cm3 against 7725 cm3 for the OE intercooler, 78 percent larger, and do88 records 315 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop against 273 CFM stock. Post intercooler air temperature drops to 36°C from 57°C under matched conditions. Turbo to intercooler piping is 2.5 inch and intercooler to throttle body piping is 2.75 inch, joined by custom silicone hoses with four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement.
