do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit - Saab 9-5 NG 2.0T Turbo4 2010-2011 - Black Hoses

This do88 BigPack replaces the OE intercooler and pipework between the turbo outlet and the throttle body on the second generation Saab 9-5 Turbo4. The core holds 14048 cm3 against 7735 cm3 stock, 81 percent more, over a frontal cooling area of 2810 cm2 versus 2417 cm2. do88 measured 280 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop against 230 CFM for the OE unit and a post intercooler air temperature of 22°C against 35°C under matched conditions. Cast, CAD designed and flow optimized end tanks feed the core, the pipes are 2.5 inch mandrel bent seamless aluminum, and the black silicone hoses carry four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement.
