The do88 BigPack is a complete intercooler and charge-pipe upgrade for 300hp+ EA888 Gen4 (2.0 TSI) VAG models on the MQB Evo platform. The all-aluminum core carries roughly 75% more volume than the OE cooler (15,811 cm³ versus 9,056 cm³) and flows about 36% more air at 0.15 bar, cutting post-intercooler air temperature by up to 12°C. The kit includes 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum charge pipes, four-layer reinforced silicone hoses in black, and a 1/8 NPT methanol injection port with blanking plug. do88 measured gains of 12 hp and 14 Nm on a Golf GTI Clubsport.
