do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit - Volvo S60 / V70 (P2) 2003-2007 - Black Hoses

The do88 BigPack replaces the restrictive factory intercooler and piping on 2003-2007 Volvo S60, V70 and XC70 turbo models. The all-aluminum core with CAD-optimized cast end tanks carries roughly 51% more volume than the OE unit, flows about 10% more air at 0.15 bar, and lowers post-intercooler air temperature by up to 24°C. The kit comes with dual 2.5"/2.75" mandrel-bent aluminum pressure pipes, four reinforced silicone hoses in black, and T-bolt clamps. It fits the 2.0T, 2.3T, 2.4T and 2.5T five-cylinder turbo engines including T5.
