The do88 BigPack is a complete charge-air cooling upgrade for petrol Volvo SPA-platform cars, pairing an all-aluminum performance intercooler with a full mandrel-bent aluminum charge-pipe kit and reinforced silicone hoses. The intercooler core holds 13,766 cm³ of volume, 62 percent more than the OEM unit, and flows 372 CFM versus 268 CFM at the same pressure drop, roughly 39 percent more airflow to lower charge-air temperatures under sustained load. The kit is a direct bolt-in with all brackets, clamps and hardware, and routes 63mm and 70mm pressure pipes from the turbo outlet to the throttle body.
