do88 Charge Cooler Manifold - BMW B58 Gen 2 / Toyota GR Supra A90 2017-2026

This manifold replaces the OE integrated intake manifold and charge cooler with a 102 mm (4 in) bar and plate core carrying 11 water cooling rows where the factory assembly has six. Cast end tanks with integrated distribution channels feed the runners, and a thermal barrier spacer with precision-machined grooves keeps cylinder head heat out of the charge. do88 measures 873 CFM at a 0.1 bar pressure drop, 47% more than stock, with inlet air at 26°C against 41°C for the OEM manifold, worth 5 hp at peak, up to 18 hp through the midrange and 28 Nm of torque. Ports for auxiliary fuel injection are cast in, and twelve custom FKM silicone O-rings, mounting brackets and sealing plugs ship with the manifold.
