do88 Charge Pipe Kit for do88 Intercooler - Saab 9-3 B207 2003-2011 - Black Hoses

This two-pipe set replaces both factory intercooler pressure pipes on the B207 Saab 9-3 and is hosed to mate with the do88 performance intercooler rather than the OEM core. The pipes are 2.5 in mandrel-bent seamless aluminium with a CNC machined sensor flange. do88 measured 429 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop against 300 CFM for the OEM pipework, 43 percent more flow on its SuperFlow SF-1020 bench. Four custom four-layer polyester and aramid reinforced silicone hoses and eight stainless clamps are supplied. All-wheel-drive cars need modification, and 2003-2004 cars may need the lower rear engine bracket adjusted.
