do88 Diesel Pressure Pipe Kit for do88 Intercooler - Volvo SPA 2016-2024 - Black Hoses

This kit replaces the moulded factory charge air pipework with 2.5 in (63 mm) and 2.75 in (70 mm) mandrel-bent seamless aluminium pipe sized for D3, D4 and D5 engines running raised boost. do88's flow bench records 522 CFM through the pipe kit against 342 CFM for the standard pipework at a 0.1 bar (1.45 psi) pressure drop, 53% more airflow. Custom silicone hoses with four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement seal every joint, and clamps and mounting hardware are included. This variant is cut to meet the do88 upgrade intercooler rather than the factory cooler.
