do88 Front Mount Intercooler Kit - Saab 900 Turbo 1987-1993 - Black Hoses

This do88 kit fits a full aluminum front mount intercooler to the classic Saab 900 Turbo and replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body. CAD designed flow optimized cast end tanks feed the core for low pressure drop, and the pipe kit runs 2 inch from the turbo to the intercooler and 2.75 inch from the intercooler to the throttle body in mandrel bent seamless aluminum. This 1987 onward version suits the new front and stays compatible with air conditioning and with the battery in its original position. A replacement towing eye is supplied because the originals have to be cut away, and the four silicone hoses use four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement.
