do88 Front Mount Intercooler Radiator - BMW S55 (F80/F82/F87) 2015-2020

The S55 uses a top mounted water-to-air intercooler served by two parallel radiators, and the larger of the two sits at the front of the centre cooling module. do88 rebuilt it around a 3D scan of the available space, extending core height by 166mm and thickness by 5mm to reach 8498 cm3 of core volume against 4843 cm3 stock, a 75 percent gain, with frontal area up 48 percent to 2656 cm2. The single row core is 32mm thick with multi-channel tubes, 7mm multi-louvered fins and the OE dual pass flow layout, so it drops into the factory cooling lines. Run together with do88's side mount radiator, their testing measured a 5 degree C lower post intercooler air temperature at 240 km/h.
