do88 Manual Transmission Charge Pipe Kit - Saab 9-5 2001-2010 - Black Hoses

This kit replaces the factory intercooler pressure pipe on the manual-transmission Saab 9-5 with a 2.5 in mandrel-bent seamless aluminium pipe carrying a CNC machined sensor flange. do88 measured 379 CFM at 0.125 bar (1.81 psi) pressure drop on its SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench against 288 CFM for the OEM pipe, a 32 percent gain. Four custom silicone hoses with four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement handle sustained boost and heat, and eight hose clamps plus the pipe mounting hardware are supplied.
