do88 MERA Charge Cooler Manifold - BMW B58 Gen 2 / Toyota GR Supra A90 2017-2026

Cast aluminum intake manifold with an integrated air-to-water charge air cooler that replaces the plastic OE unit on B58 Gen 2 engines. The core is a motorsport grade Garrett bar-and-plate air-water unit 102 mm (4 in) thick with 11 water cooling rows against six on the OE cooler, fed by CFD-developed cast end tanks. do88 measured 874 CFM at 0.1 bar (1.45 psi) pressure drop against 595 CFM for the OE manifold, 47 percent higher, and 23°C inlet air temperature against 41°C. On a 2017 BMW 340i running bootmod3 Stage 2+ the kit gave 5 hp peak, 18 hp midrange and 28 Nm. The MERA version includes the auxiliary AN-8 port injection fuel rail, and every cylinder runner carries a 1/8 in NPT port for nitrous or water/methanol injection. A thermal barrier spacer with FKM silicone O-rings isolates the manifold from cylinder head heat, and the assembly still fits under the OE engine cover.
