This do88 performance intercooler replaces the restrictive factory unit on turbocharged Volvo P80 models with a larger all-aluminum core and CAD-designed, flow-optimised cast end tanks. Core volume rises to 7,255 cm3, around 70 percent more than OEM, flowing 384 CFM at 0.15 bar for roughly 13 degrees C cooler charge-air temperatures. This is the OEM-piping version, configured to connect to the vehicle's original intercooler piping, so no do88 charge pipes are required. A silicone adapter hose is included and the unit mounts on the original brackets and fasteners.
