do88 Performance Intercooler - Saab 9-5 (YS3G) 2010-2011

Drop-in performance intercooler for the second generation Saab 9-5, developed from a 3D scan of the car and verified on do88 CFD and a Superflow SF-1020 flowbench. Core volume is 14048 cm3 against 7735 cm3 for the OE cooler, 81 percent more, with 2810 cm2 of frontal cooling area against 2417 cm2. Airflow is 410 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop where the OE unit flows 339 CFM, 21 percent higher, and post-intercooler air temperature falls to 22°C from 35°C. Cast end tanks carry CNC-machined connections in the OE layout so the factory hoses are reused, plus machined mounting points for the AC condenser and radiator.
