do88 Performance Intercooler - Toyota GR Yaris (G16E) 2020-2026

The do88 Performance Intercooler replaces the factory charge air cooler with an all-aluminium tube and fin core measuring 57mm thick. Core volume rises to 13,971 cm³ from the stock 7,320 cm³, a 91% increase, while active cooling area grows to 2,451 cm² from 913 cm², up 168%. Inlet and outlet connections step up from 45mm to 63mm (2.5"), a 95% larger cross section, and do88 measured 300 CFM against 226 CFM at a 0.175 bar (2.54 psi) pressure drop, 33% more flow, with post intercooler air temperature falling from 50°C to 25°C under the same conditions. The kit ships with two silicone adapter hoses that mate the original pipes to the 63mm connections, two air guide closures that block bypass around the core, spacers that move the bumper beam forward, and all mounting hardware. Some original plastic air guides need trimming during installation.
