do88 built this drop-in intercooler around a core holding 15,347 cm³ against 7,719 cm³ for the standard unit, a 99% gain in core volume, with 2,692 cm² of active cooling area versus 2,573 cm². Airflow measures 455 CFM against 310 CFM at a 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop, 47% higher, and post intercooler air temperature settles at 24°C where the OEM cooler reads 36°C under the same conditions. The core is aluminium with continuous welds and it mounts in the factory location using the supplied bolts, washers and instructions, so no pipework changes are needed.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
