do88 Pressure Pipe Kit for OEM Intercooler - Saab 9-3 2003-2011 - Black Hoses

This kit replaces the restrictive factory charge pipework with 2.5 in (63 mm) mandrel-bent seamless aluminium pipes and CNC-machined sensor flanges that keep the standard temperature and pressure sensor in its original location. do88 flow bench testing records 429 CFM against 300 CFM for the OEM pipes at a 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop, 43% more airflow. The custom silicone hoses use four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement so they hold boost at the temperatures a tuned turbo produces, and eight stainless steel clamps are supplied. This version is dimensioned to mate with the factory intercooler.
