do88 Side Mount Intercooler Radiator - BMW S55 (F80/F82/F83) 2015-2020

The second radiator in the S55 charge cooling circuit sits in front of the right hand wheel arch and is the smaller of the pair. do88 3D scanned that space with and without the bumper cover, then added 28mm to both core height and core thickness to reach 3393 cm3 of core volume against 1693 cm3 stock, double the original, with frontal area up 18 percent to 499 cm2. The core is a 68mm dual row design with multi-channel tubes, 8mm multi-louvered fins and the OE single pass layout, and it ships with an autoclave cured prepreg carbon fibre air guide that seals it to the bumper. Run together with do88's front mount radiator, their testing measured a 5 degree C lower post intercooler air temperature at 240 km/h.
