Cut specifically for the T8 plug-in hybrid layout, this kit replaces the moulded factory charge air pipework with 2.5 in (63 mm) and 2.75 in (70 mm) mandrel-bent seamless aluminium pipe. do88's flow bench records 522 CFM through the pipe kit against 342 CFM for the standard pipework at a 0.1 bar (1.45 psi) pressure drop, 53% more airflow. Custom silicone hoses with four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement seal every joint, and clamps and mounting hardware are included. The routing suits the do88 upgrade intercooler rather than the factory cooler.
