This kit replaces both factory turbo to intercooler pipes on the twin turbo S55 with mandrel bent aluminium pipes carrying CNC machined turbo flanges, sized at 2.25 in (57 mm) and flowing up to 4% better than the originals. Matte black silicone couplers and four black 50 to 70 mm clamps join them to the intercooler inlets, and longer locking pins are supplied so the OE engine cover still snaps into place. do88 deliberately leaves water/methanol injection bungs off these pipes, placing them instead on its intercooler to throttle body J pipe where the charge has already been cooled. The pipes were developed from a detailed 3D scan of do88's own M3 Competition engine bay, and the OEM O-rings transfer across from the stock pipes at installation.
