Driveshaft Shop rates this X4 axle at 800HP for the front-wheel-drive factory turbo 2G platform, and it is built from 300M bar with a 300M splined stub running into a chromoly CV housing. The inner splines match the factory 27-spline differential, so the axle drops in as a direct bolt-in with no transmission machining. The X4 line was engineered for quick street cars that also run drag, road course and autocross events, which is where the 300M material and heat treat process earn their keep. This listing covers the left side axle and carries a 1 year warranty.
