DFC Premium Service Shoes are drum brake shoes built on 100% new carbon steel platforms dipped in high temperature anti-rust black paint. The semi-metallic friction material is glue lined and heat treated to bond it to the steel, then each shoe is precision arc grinded so the lining seats correctly against the drum from the first stop. Linings are bonded or riveted to match the original equipment specification for the application, and attachment hardware such as levers and pins is included where the OE design uses it.
