EBC rotors use OE-spec grey cast iron and are manufactured in a UK foundry. British-made rotors cover Europe and the UK, with many USA designs also produced there. Each rotor is sampled and tested for element analysis, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness, and ductility, and inspected for runout on an in-house machine.
