The EBC S5 kit is the brand's flagship street brake upgrade, combining GG rated Yellowstuff high friction pads with GD series sport rotors and saving about 15 percent against buying the parts separately. Yellowstuff delivers maximum brake effect from a street legal pad and arrives fully shimmed, chamfered and slotted with EBC's patented Brake-In coating for fast pad seating after install. The GD rotors are wide aperture spot drilled and slotted vented sport rotors in a G3000 casting under a Geomet anti rust coating, which runs the brakes cooler and sweeps dust, gas, dirt and debris off the pad face. The kit is direct fit with no changes to the stock setup, and caliper lubricant is included.
