H&R Sport 34mm Front / 25mm Rear Sway Bar Kit - BMW 530i / 540i (G30) 2017-2023

This kit replaces both G30 sway bars at once, which matters because raising roll stiffness at only one axle moves the balance in one direction. A 34mm front bar and a 25mm rear bar together cut body roll and sharpen turn in while keeping the front to rear balance deliberate rather than accidental, with no change to ride height or spring rate. The rear bar carries two mounting holes in each forged end, so its rate can be set soft or firm at the end link. Both bars are cold formed and heat treated from (hf) 50CrV4 spring steel, forged seamlessly at the ends and shot peened, and H&R supplies urethane and Teflon composite bushings that need no lubrication.
