H&R Sport Springs Volvo C70 Cabrio 2006-2013 - Lowers 1.3 in. Front / 1.25 in. Rear

H&R 29115-1 is a Sport Spring kit for the 2006-2013 Volvo C70 Cabrio. H&R publishes an approximate drop of 1.3 in. (about 33 mm) at the front and 1.25 in. (about 32 mm) at the rear - close to matched front-to-rear, so the car sits lower without picking up a nose-down or tail-down rake. Closing the fender gap is the visible change; the useful one is the lower centre of gravity and the reduced body roll that comes with it.

The springs are progressive rate rather than linear: the early travel stays compliant for ride quality, and the rate climbs as the spring compresses to control roll and resist bottoming. They are cold-wound from (hf) 54SiCr6 spring steel and shot peened, produced in-house at H&R's ISO 9001 facility in Germany, and are designed not to set or sag.

This is a complete kit for the vehicle - front and rear springs, four springs in total. Dampers are NOT included. Sport Springs are designed to work with the factory dampers, but worn shocks will not control a stiffer, shorter spring well, so replace tired dampers at the same time. No other suspension components are supplied.
