The Super Duty compound is Hawk Performance’s ferro-carbon friction material for heavy-duty on and off highway use, developed for professional fleets over one ton, light trucks hauling excessive payloads and military applications. It combines an extremely high coefficient of friction with strong fade resistance, so braking stays consistent when a loaded truck or trailer drives rotor temperatures well past what a standard pad tolerates. These are rear-axle pads for iron and metal rotors only.
