The HKS HIPERMAX S is a full coilover kit for the Toyota JZX100 Chaser, Mark II, and Cresta, pairing 30-step damping adjustment with ride-height adjustment for a tunable street and performance setup. Its single-tube (monotube) dampers run separate gas and oil chambers with a large-diameter piston for stable damping, while a dual preload valve system smooths ride comfort over rough surfaces without dulling response. Front spring rate is 137 N/mm (14 kgf/mm) and rear is 88 N/mm (9 kgf/mm).
