Pillow-ball front upper mounts hold the strut top without rubber deflection, sharpening steering response, while reinforced rubber rear mounts keep the cabin liveable. The damper is an inverted monotube at the front and an upright monotube at the rear, each with 30 steps of damping force adjustment. HKS runs a rear biased 5.0 kgf/mm front and 6.5 kgf/mm rear spring pairing with a rear helper spring, and full-length shock body adjustment covers stock ride height down to 46 mm lower in front and 58 mm lower at the rear. HKS verified the application on manual transmission cars.
