The Super SQV IV vehicle specific kit supplied with a suction return set cut for cars already running an HKS Carbon Racing Suction or HKS Cold Air Intake, since those intakes move the return point away from the stock airbox. Discharged charge air is recirculated upstream of the turbocharger rather than vented, keeping it inside the metered path. The valve uses a sequential dual valve layout under differential pressure control, with a small primary valve opening on throttle lift and pulling the larger secondary valve open as the pressure difference peaks, and its pull type relief design seals harder as boost rises so no spring load tuning is required. The body is silver coated aluminium die cast with a triple fin funnel.
