Injen Bar-and-Plate Front-Mount Intercooler - Ford F-150 2.7L & 3.5L EcoBoost 2015-2023

Injen FM9102I direct-fit bar-and-plate front-mount intercooler for the 2015-2023 Ford F-150 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost twin-turbo, including the Raptor. It adds 25% more core volume than the factory tube-and-fin unit while bolting to all factory mounting locations with no truck modification. TIG-welded aluminum with cast end tanks and CNC-machined fittings for the factory intercooler piping. Dyno-proven gains up to 29 HP and 33 lb-ft, with outlet temperatures up to 30 degrees F lower than stock and stock pressure drop retained within 0.5 psi. Designed to run on stock calibration. Made in Pomona, California. Note: not CARB exempt and not legal for sale or use in California.
