The MagnaFlow 557270 is a California Grade, CARB compliant direct-fit catalytic converter that replaces the underbody converter on the Transit Connect and is legal in California and CARB states. It uses 16-gauge 409 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing and 410 stainless barbed hangers, and a single laser fusion weld replicates the OE design to reduce leaks. Installation requires no cutting or welding, and the box includes a 2 inch band clamp, a flange gasket, and two bolts.
