The MagnaFlow 457031 is a California Grade, CARB compliant direct-fit catalytic converter for the RAV4, legal for use in California and CARB states. It is built from 16-gauge 409 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing and 410 stainless barbed hangers, and a single laser fusion weld replicates the OE spun body to reduce leak points. Installation requires no cutting or welding, and gaskets and hardware are included. It interchanges with OE parts 17420-28380 and 17420-28570.
