MagnaFlow's California Grade converter is a CARB compliant direct-fit assembly for the 2.7L four cylinder and bolts into the factory location without cutting or welding. Two catalyst beds run in series inside a 46.375 in assembly, an 11 in front bed and a 9 in rear bed, with 2.5 in flange connections at both ends. The spun body uses 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with 308 stainless steel MIG welds over a ceramic substrate, with three sensor ports located pre and post converter, OE sized barbed 410 stainless steel hangers, a flat ring gasket, a donut gasket, and two oxygen sensor port plugs. Two MagnaFlow converters cover this truck under different CARB certifications, so match the engine family number on the underhood emissions label before ordering.
