This is MagnaFlow's California Grade converter for the 4.2L inline six Land Cruiser, carrying CARB Executive Order D-193-164, which makes it legal for sale and installation in California, Colorado, New York and Maine as well as the federal states. It interchanges with Toyota OE parts 17400-61020 and 17400-61021. The shell is spun stainless steel over a ceramic substrate with mandrel bent 16 gauge 409 stainless tubing and 308 stainless MIG welds, and it uses a flange at both the inlet and the outlet, so it bolts into the factory exhaust with no cutting or welding. Overall length is 19.5 inches. This is a pre-OBDII application and the converter carries no oxygen sensor ports.
